关于坚决维护中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益的声明


2016年7月12日，应菲律宾共和国单方面请求建立的南海仲裁案仲裁庭罔顾基本事实，肆意践踏国际法和国际关系基本准则，作出并且公布严重损害中国领土主权和海洋权益的所谓“裁决”。这就是一张非法无效的废纸，就是一场荒腔走板的闹剧。中国各族各界青年对此强烈愤慨、坚决反对、决不答应。

南海诸岛自古以来就是中国领土，中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益拥有坚实的历史和法律根基，对南海诸岛拥有无可争辩的主权。我们的祖先世世代代在南海生产生活，南海早已成为所有中华儿女共同的家园。老祖宗留下的，我们青年一代愿意用自己的一切去守护，一丝一毫不容他人染指，一点都不能少。

南海本是和平之海。中国政府和人民为维护南海地区和平稳定，始终展现出极大的诚意和耐心，付出了艰辛的努力。然而，域外强权幕后操纵，菲律宾阿基诺三世政府背弃承诺，明目张胆地对中国政府和人民进行挑衅。这些，丝毫动摇不了中国在南海的神圣主权，只会更加坚定我们捍卫主权的决心。

中国各族各界青年从来都是捍卫国家领土主权的生力军。我们坚决拥护中国政府为捍卫国家领土主权、国际公平正义所采取的一切必要措施和正义行动，始终坚定地与祖国和人民站在一起，时刻听从祖国和人民的召唤！



Statement of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China on Resolutely Safeguard China’s Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights in the South China Sea

On 12 July 2016, the Arbitral Tribunal in the South China Sea arbitration established at the unilateral request of the Republic of the Philippines ignored the basic facts, trampled international law and basic norms of international relations, and made the so-called "ruling" announcement which seriously damaged China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights. The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China solemnly declares that the announcement is null and void and has no binding force. All ethnic China youth groups strongly oppose and never recognize it.

Nanhai Zhudao (the South China Sea Islands) are Chinese territory since the ancient times. China has a solid historical and legal foundation of territorial sovereignty and maritime rights in the South China Sea. China enjoys indisputable sovereignty in Nanhai Zhudao. Our ancestors have lived and worked on Nanhai Zhudao from generations to generations, exercising sovereignty and jurisdiction over them continuously and effectively. The South China Sea is the home of all Chinese people. All ethnic China youth groups are committed to guarding our rights with all our efforts.

The South China Sea used to be a peaceful place. The Chinese government and people have always demonstrated great sincerity and patience and have made great efforts to ensure the stability of the South China Sea. However, under the extended power with ulterior motives behind the Philippine government, the Aquino III abandoned the promises and blatantly provocated to the Chinese government and people. It will not shake Chinese divine sovereignty in the South China Sea. Instead, it strengthens our determination to defend for its sovereignty.

All ethnic China youth groups are always be the fresh troops of our country. We firmly support all the necessary measures and justice actions the Chinese government taking to safeguard national territorial sovereignty, insistently support to maintain the international rules of law as well as pursue international equity and justice. We will always stand firmly with China and the Chinese people, waiting for the call of our motherland and our people!
